It’s been a long time since we’ve released an infographic. For this comeback, we decided to take a look at a topical issue concerning the analysis of the real impact of hybrid work on commuting. Considered the norm in 2025 by 50% of HR managers. Hybrid working is becoming an increasingly popular alternative. This flexibility makes it possible to considerably reduce both carbon emissions and commuting times. A significant impact on paper, but to be offset under certain conditions: A minimum number of teleworking days, a limit on additional commuting, and a reduction in self-propulsion. These are all conditions in which employers have a role to play… And this is through various mobility solutions highlighted in the last part of our infographic.
