“You asked – we listened”. These are the first lines of FREENOW’s latest LinkedIn post. The mobility super-app, which we don’t need to introduce anymore, never ceases to surprise us. And this time, it’s alongside its long-standing partner, SHARE NOW. Zoom on the terms of this new offer, emphasizing once again the flexibility that characterizes the German group…
Hourly carsharing packages
Since Wednesday, Super-App users in Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, and France can now rent cars for 2, 4 or 6 hours. The price is set at 19 cents per kilometer. A mix between the car rental and car sharing business models, making “long trips more flexible and cost-effective”.
By integrating these hourly packages into the FREENOW app, we take another step towards efficient and sustainable mobility across Europe, helping to make cities more liveable for everyone.

A reference in MaaS applications
According to AUTOMOBILISMO, FREENOW would undertake to integrate “hourly packages with other carsharing providers in the future.” A desire to be identified as the Super Mobility App, which the German group does not hide anymore.
From the integration of a new mode of transportation at the end of last year to the launch of a new offer dedicated to employees just two months ago, FREENOW is looking to conquer both individuals and professionals at all costs.
A model that has not been widely adopted by the various MaaS applications identified on the market to date. An ecosystem, which we had referenced in a global mapping, including no less than 200 MaaS experts. Applications, providers, ticketing solutions, organizations… To discover it, it’s just below.
