Uber Yacht: The new Ibiza experience
After taking the Ibiza party scene by storm last year, Uber is taking things to the next level with the launch of Uber Yacht. Scheduled for launch in August, this new service will allow visitors to book a private yacht for a day’s cruise around the island, directly from the Uber app.
From 26 July, travellers will be able to pre-book their trip for a unique experience aboard a luxury Sunseeker. For €200 per person, the offer includes a personal skipper, a bottle of champagne and local snacks. What’s more, Uber has thought of everything, offering included transfers to and from any point on the island. This offer not only reinforces the American giant’s vision of becoming a multimodal application, but also guarantees a high-quality, convenient and comfortable service.
Venice and Greece: the maritime adventure continues
The journey continues with the introduction of maritime services to two of Europe’s most iconic destinations. From 3 July, visitors to Venice will be able to get around in style thanks to Uber’s new ‘limo boat’ service. Called “Limo Boat”, this exclusive service, which costs €120 per crossing for up to six passengers, will give tourists an unforgettable way to explore the Venetian lagoon.
In July, Uber Boat will be extending its nautical wings to the Greek islands of Mykonos, Athens, Corfu and Santorini. Users of the app will be able to easily book boats to discover the fashionable beach clubs, secluded coves and hidden treasures of the Aegean Sea. These offers promise days filled with sun, sea and indelible memories.
Paris: An electric cruise on the Seine
For those who choose to discover Paris this summer, the ride-hailing platform has an even more special surprise in store… The Uber Cruise service is offering a one-hour cruise aboard an electric boat, allowing tourists to enjoy spectacular views of the Seine. On board, passengers will be able to see Notre-Dame, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower while sipping champagne.
